Employers or organizations seeking to post job vacancies or feature advertisements on our platform may be charged a fee for these services. Payment for job postings and featured advertisements is processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

5 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any payment disputes or discrepancies, subscribers, employers and third-party users are advised to contact their respective banks or financial institutions for resolution. When there is need to come in, Sourcepinnacle.com will cooperate fully with the banks or financial institutions involved to rectify any disputes promptly and fairly.

6 Refunds

Refunds for subscription fees, premium resources access, job postings, or featured advertisements may be issued at the discretion of Sourcepinnacle.com based on this policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using bank transfers. We will issue refund of user paid amount minus payment provider charges. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your eligible request which should be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

7 Exceptions

The following are not eligible for a refund: Premium resources downloaded, Courses or eBooks accessed, toolkits downloaded, templates downloaded, Created Resume which has been downloaded.
